SALES CONDITIONS & POLICY
Payment
Unless otherwise stated, all payments shall be due upon receipt of invoice. On any amounts not paid when due, customer agrees to pay interest at the rate of 1-1/2% per month (18% per year) or, if such rate is in excess of the rate allowed by law, then the highest rate allowed by law. In addition, customer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including costs of litigation and reasonable attorney's fees.
Order Cancellation
We process alll our orders very quickly. Once your order is on the shipping dock, we cannot stop it from being shipped or make any changes. Please contact us if you are interested in changing your order. We will attempt to change your order if it has not reached our shipping facilities but cannot promise we will ultimately fulfill your request.
Product Return
Customer must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number contact us
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for returning or exchanging. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from date of issuance. Please ensure that the RMA number is visible on your return packing label. Any return or exchange without the RMA number will NOT be accepted. MemoryDepot.com reserves the right to refuse any return due to expired RMA number, no RMA number on shipping label or incomplete items including anti-static packaging.
For your protection, we recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery and tracking number. All items must be 100% complete and in "good as new" conditions.
If product arrives damaged, save the product and the original packaging, notify our customer service immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise.
Refused Shipment
If a shipment is refused by the receiver, the shipping fees back to our warehouse freight will be entirely charged by the customer. Also restocking fees maybe applied.
Refund
We offer 30 Days satisfaction on selected products only ( RAM memory and Flash memory), not applicable for Special order items and any Solid State Storage Product including Industrial CompactFlash, Disk on module or Solid State disk drive and any orders with a quantity of more than 7 units of the same product. If you have any question regarding sales terms, please contact us before placing your order. Please contact us first before placing. To get a refund, the unit must be received within the 30 days after invoice date, in the same condition as received, all refund must be processed with an RMA number. If these conditions are not respected, Refund can be refused or Testing & Restocking fees may be applied. Please be aware that special order item can not be refunded at any circunstance.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Even though we are currently offering sometimes "free shipping" with an order, we are paying for the shipment. Items returned for a refund will have MemoryDepot.com original shipping cost deducted from the amount of the refund. Specific Items are eligible for a full refund, less shipping costs, unless stated in writing at time of sale.
Product information
Product information is based on the datafeed from third party company. Stock, Product description and Price can be revised at anytime, we reserve the right to cancel the order if there is any discrepency.
Sales conditions
This sale is subject to the terms and conditions stated herein, which are in lieu of and replace any and all terms and conditions set forth in any documents issued by customer, including, without limitation, purchase orders and specifications. In case of conflict between the terms and conditions stated here and those on the face hereof, those on the face hereof shall control. Any additional, different or conflicting terms and conditions on any such document issued by customer at any time are hereby objected to by MemoryDepot.com, and any such document shall be wholly inapplicable to any sale made hereunder and shall not be binding in any way on MemoryDepot.com.
Purchase Orders
Orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. The items may not be cancelled, rescheduled or modified without prior written authorisation.
Purchase Order, together with any documents specifically referenced herein, represents the entire agreement between the parties. All specifications, drawings and data submitted to Seller by Purchaser in connection with
this Purchase Order are hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof. The terms and conditions set forth herein and on the face side of the
Purchase Order constitute the parties' contractual agreement and supersede any previous oral or written representations, including but not limited to provisions in the parties' prior quotations, proposals, acknowle
dgments or other documents. No course of dealing or usage of trade shall be applicable unless expressly incorporated by this Purchase Order. The terms of this Purchase Order may not be varied or modified in any manner, unless in a subsequent writing signed by an authorized representative of Seller and Purchaser.
