From where are you shipping the products?
Our corporate headquarters are Based in Canada, and we do have multiple warehouse in Canada and the US. The shipping location will depend on the product and we always ensure the fastest delivery time to the customer location.
Do you sell to Business or end users ?
We sell to both, everyone can buy from us. We accept orders from general public, school, government, corporations.
How can i find the compatible memory for my system?
We have a memory configurator, you can also use the search function on the top left corner of each website, just enter your computer model and the memory configurator will suggest you the correct memory. If you can't find the compatible memory, please contact us and we will find it for you.
What is your return policy?
The sales policies explain in details the return policies, we offer a 30 days satisfaction on the majority of our product, however there are some exceptions. you can read the following page.

Are there any taxes charged on importation fees?
If we ship to Canada: We charge PST and GST in Quebec province, only the PST or HST Outside Quebec province
If we ship to USA: We do not charge any tax when shipping to the US. However is it possible that depending on the value of the shipment, however it is possible that some customs fees might be applied depending on your states. We have no control over customs fees.
IF we ship outside USA/CANADA: We have no control over customs fees into countries and so it really varies from country to country on how much is charged. ( We cannot mark "GIFT" for any order you placed)
What happen if i ordered the wrong product?
You need to contact us back from your account page, we will communicate with you how to send the memory back. the exchange or return will be processed based on our sales policies
Will you charge me in Canadian or US funds?
On transaction with VISA and Mastercard, you will be charged on the currency of your shipping location, canadian or american dollars. For every international orders outside North America, the charge will be in US dollars.
On transaction with Amex, you will be charged in canadian dollars.
What are your working hours?
We are working from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5:30PM Easter standard time. Outside the working hours, The message and orders are processed the next business day.
How can i find the status of my order?
You can follow the status of the order, including the tracking number or other specific information regarding your order on your "account" page,
What does "Intra-warehouse transit" mean" ?
It means that we have to move the stock to another warehouse from where we can ship to your country. For example, if you are in canada, and you see this state, it means that we are currently importing the product to our canadian warehouse to be able to ship within canada so you won't have any customs delays or fees. Same process for US or International customers. Most of the time, this process takes 24-48 hours
What does "Processed External Warehouse" mean" ?
Your Order was processed and shipped trough one of our "partners". It generaly means that the products was shipped but the Tracking number should be updated soon!
My order was shipped "Regular Air Mail" and still not arrive and i have no tracking?
We shipped your item via Canada Post Air Mail. This service has the advantage of being less expensive than UPS or FEDEX, however it is like a regular mail sent by air so there is no tracking number.

My product doesn't work, how can i send it back?
You need to contact us, trough your "Account" page. Do not send any product without a valid RMA ( Return Number Authorization), or the package will be refused.
What does the status "Verification required" mean?
When a credit card transaction is "risky", due to the different shipping location or dollar amount, we have to communicate with you and get more precise information from the credit card holder.
I don't see a charge on my Credit Card statement, is my order really processed?
That's ok! We only charge the card once we are shipping the product, so if, for example, your product is Back Order, only an authorization will be placed on your card, but not an actual charge. To comply with the online merchant policies, we only make the final charge the day we are shipping the product.
You will see an "XITRADE" or "MEMORYDEPOT.COM" charge on your credit card statement. (exception: IF you are using Paypal, This system make the transaction (charge) at the time of the order)
You charged my account before shipping the item on Paypal, is it normal?
Yes, In our policy, we only charge the credit card once we are shipping the item, However, if you are paying trough Paypal, we don't have this option and the transaction is completed at the time of the order, not during the shipment. ( We have this flexibility with all Credit cards but not with paypal transactions), thanks for your understanding!
